Terms of Service
Carver’s Hollow (“we”) runs a marketplace where independent sellers list used and collectible goods (such as horror and other films on VHS, DVD and Blu-ray, games, music, comics, toys, art, clothing and merch), and buyers purchase them. We are not the seller of items listed by members.
Your account
You must be 18+ (or have a parent’s permission), give accurate info, and keep your password safe. One person, one account. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms or the Seller Rules.
Buying
Prices show the item price, a Buyer Protection fee and live shipping. Payment is processed by Stripe; we hold the money until you confirm the order or 2 days after delivery. See Buyer Protection & Refunds.
Selling
Sellers must follow the Seller Rules, ship within 5 days using the prepaid label, and set up payouts with Stripe. Payouts are made after the protection window closes. Sellers are responsible for their own taxes.
Fees
Buyers pay the Buyer Protection fee ($0.70 + 5% of the item price) and shipping. Selling is currently free.
Disputes between members
Use “I have a problem” on the order. Our support team may decide the outcome, including refunds or releasing payment. Card chargebacks are handled by Stripe and the card issuer; if a chargeback is lost after a seller was paid, we may recover that payout from the seller.
Content
You own what you post but give us permission to display it on the site. Don’t post anything illegal, infringing or offensive.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the new version.
