Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Account: email, username, password (hashed by our auth provider), profile photo and the character we make from it.
- Orders: items, prices, shipping addresses, tracking, messages and photos you send in a problem case.
- Sellers: ship-from address and payout info (payout/bank details are held by Stripe, not us).
- Usage: basic logs and your character’s position while you browse a store (live, not stored).
How we use it
To run the marketplace: process payments, buy shipping labels, track parcels, handle refunds and disputes, prevent fraud, and contact you about your orders.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that make the site work: Stripe (payments, payouts), Shippo and carriers (labels, tracking), Supabase (database, storage) and Netlify (hosting). A buyer’s shipping address is shown to the seller of that order. We don’t sell your data.
Your choices
You can edit your profile and addresses, and ask us to delete your account. We keep order records as required for tax and fraud prevention.
Security
Data is protected with access rules so only the people on an order (and support) can see it.
